Email: XXXX@pvhs.org Position summary: – Bachelors degree is required Summary: Provide for the continuity of clinical operations of the PACS equipment and perform the duties of PACS Analyst for Philips iSite PACS, as required. Provide ongoing training on-site, off-site and for outreach partners for Diagnostic Imaging staff, Radiologists, Clinicians and other hospital staff. Contribute to effective direct patient care interactions. Indirect patient care responsibility. No formal supervisory responsibilities.

Radiology Technician Intern

Schedule: Occasional Standby (no scheduled hrs or benefits)
Shift: D/E/N – Rotating Weekends – Rotating Holidays

Position summary: – Related course work or training is required
PURPOSE OF YOUR POSITION:Under the direction of a Registered Radiology Technician, performs radiologic examinations that the student has been deemed competent as a radiology student. Receives direct supervision from Clinical Supervisor and Radiology Supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Work requires very frequent walking to various areas of the hospital. Must be able to stand, stoop, lift and grab necessary items to maintain and perform radiology procedures (51-80% of work time).
2. Work requires frequent lifting and positioning patients up to 150 pounds. May be required to lift heavier capacities with mechanical lifts, walkers, additional staff, etc (21-50% of work time).
